 Whether you're just looking for a place to store your garden tools or a place to park your car, we've got the buildings to serve your purpose. You have the options of buying the buildings up front or setting up a Rent-to-Own agreement. Either choice you make, these buildings will be set up and delivered at no extra cost to you -- and since they are built in the warehouse, instead of on your property, you won't even need to get a building permit! We offer the following styles of buildings:
Rent-to-Own Information When you rent-to-own, you are doing just that: You are renting the building until you have paid enough that you have bought it. Out of your monthly rent-to-own payment, 60% is going towards the purchase of the building, while 40% of your payment is going towards renting it. In essence, the building is not yours until you have paid it off. For this reason, there are a few special rules when dealing with rent-to-own agreements -- the main one being that you can't modify the structure of the building during the rental period. Also involved in the rent-to-own process is a non-refundable deposit (between $100 and $500, based on the cost of the building), which will go toward the purchase of the building. Pricing and Other Information What extra costs are involved in getting this building? Other than sales taxes, there are none. The price includes set up and delivery. The only time there are extra costs is when you want to add an extra feature, such as another window. In those cases, the price to add the feature will be needed up front, in the event that you are setting up a rent-to-own agreement. How long will it take to get to me? This question, while asked frequently, isn't one that we can give an easy answer to. The reason is that, depending on a large number of factors including current demand and time of the year, the time frame can change dramatically. Most people receive an estimate of around 10 days to two weeks - some have received their buildings before that, and some have taken longer. And by the way, this estimate is for the wooden buildings. Metal buildings tend to take a little longer, because the warehouse doesn't make as many, and have to set up differently for them. Have any more questions?
